TECR was founded in 1999. TECR began as an education evaluation and workforce training company specializing in fields of engineering, scientific and quantitative analysis. Having identified a gap in manufacturing employment skill gaps, TECR has formed strategic alliances with machine tool builders to provide complete solutions.

Donald Gargiulo, President
Donald has 30 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation systems. His solid, hands-on technical skills include robotic and CNC machine tools programming, networking, vision systems, and flexible manufacturing systems. He started out as a Journeyman Machinist Certified (NTMA). He has a proven track record of revenue generation and overall company growth working with world-renowned companies: Rollaway Bearing, Syracuse Supply Company, GE Capital Advance Machinery, Bridgeport Machines, Gildemeiser DMG, Mori Seiki, and Fastems, LLC. Donald’s strength in working with large companies and negotiating multi-million dollar complex contracts with effective and innovative solutions has opened the doors to regional, national and international exposure in Europe, Asia, Canada and Central America.
Leslie Henrickson, CEO
Dr. Leslie Henrickson has 26 years of professional and academic experience focused on engineering, physics, and education. She worked 8 years at Lockheed Missiles and Space as an advanced research and development engineer and in the high tech industry as a research scientist. She brings 18 years of experience in the field of education as an educator, administrator, and advocate form the private and non-profit sectors. For over ten years, Leslie has worked with state university systems, community colleges, and school districts on program evaluation and data analysis, and brought international exposure through comparative studies. Since 2003 Leslie has been an integral administrator and faculty at two accredited 100% online universities and involved heavily in distance education for workforce and economic development. Dr. Henrickson earned her bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana; master of science in physics from San Jose State University, San Jose; master of arts in philosophy from the University of California, Riverside; and, her PhD in comparative education from University of California, Los Angeles.
